刘高潮，女，湖北黄冈人，博士，教授，硕士生导师，三峡大学151人才学术骨干，三峡学者。硕士毕业于华中师范大学，博士毕业于中国科学院大学。2005年至今在三峡大学工作。2015 -2016在北京大学访问，获北京大学科研成果奖。
