一、个人基本情况
李欣,男,副教授,山西吕梁人、1986年出生,2018年毕业于武汉大学,获博士学位。近年来在IEEE、ELSEVIER等国际顶级期刊发表SCI论文数十篇,担任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、ENERGY CONVERSION AND MANAGEMENT、ENERGY、APPLIED ENERGY等多个国内外顶级期刊审稿人,主持国家自然科学基金1项,湖北省教育厅科技项目1项,国家电网公司科研项目若干,参与国家863子课题1项、南方电网公司科研项目2项。
