报告摘要：For any bounded smooth domain in dimension two, we established the convergence of weak solutions of the Ginzburg-Landau type nematic liquid crystal flows to a weak solution of the simplified Ericksen-Leslie system as the parameter tends to zero for both uniaxial and biaxial cases. This is based on the compensated compactness property of the Ericksen stress tensors, which has been obtained by applying the Pohozaev type argument to the Ginzburg-Landau type nematic liquid crystal flows.
